smARtoo is a software solution for field workers, using augmented reality elements. smARtoo helps you solve and document machinery maintenance, supports field service technicians and provides visual remote support to technicians and end customers. When using the smARtoo client for RealWear smart glasses, the operator (service technician or customer representative) has both hands free to work. In addition, his communication with the expert is perfectly shielded from ambient noise.

ASSISTED REMOTE SUPPORT
Using the smARtoo app, the expert remotely instructs the field worker as effectively as if he were standing right next to him. He guides him with voice commands and projects the instructions in the field of view of his smart glasses or in the mobile app on his phone or tablet. He sees the same as the technician on site. The call results in a detailed report with photos taken, instructions shared and videos recorded.

WORKING PROCEDURES
On a tablet, mobile phone or smart glasses, the technician can see the task list directly for the device being serviced. He or she selects from a list of available workflows or simply scans the devices QR code for identification and is guided step by step through a standardized workflow by smARtoo. The individual steps can also be accompanied by video, images and multilingual texts. Values can also be entered, photographed and dictated during the procedure. At any time during the procedure, the user can call the dispatcher for remote assistance. A detailed report is created.

ACCESS TO DOCUMENTATION
Instant access to technical manuals, schematics, photos and videos needed for your work without having to have them printed. The worker can see everything in the smart glasses or on a tablet or mobile phone. By scanning the devices QR code or selecting from a list, the operator can easily access the necessary documentation.

RECORD THE WORK INSTRUCTIONS
A technician with smart glasses records a video of the workflow being performed. In this way, they capture their experiences, which are often not included in the written documentation in the necessary detail. The recording also includes accompanying voice information and a breakdown of the individual steps. Clearly even in extremely noisy environments. After the recording has been processed, a standardized workflow for all other employees is created, consisting of videos, pictures and multilingual texts.
